On October 2–3, 2025, GENCON ENGINEERING CO., LTD. organized an In-House Training program for its employees under the course “Crane Operator, Crane Signalman, Rigger, and Mobile Crane Supervisor.”
The training aimed to:
1. Provide employees with knowledge and understanding to operate cranes safely and correctly.
2. Ensure employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities, enhance their operational skills, and comply with legal safety requirements.
3. Develop employees’ ability to perform basic crane maintenance and respond effectively to emergencies that may arise during crane operations.
The program included both theoretical sessions and practical training, conducted by professional instructors. This training helps participants apply their knowledge to improve safety standards and efficiency in crane-related operations across the company.
