Annual Preventive
Maintenance (PM) Service

The Annual Preventive Maintenance Service for the wet scrubber and the FRP activated carbon system includes:

• Cleaning the wet scrubber system
• Cleaning the packing media and the mist eliminator in the wet scrubber
• Replacing the new activated carbon powder or the regeneration set for the FRP activated carbon
• Cleaning the spray nozzle
• Cleaning the FRP sump tank and the sight glass
• Checking the effectiveness of the FRP blower operations
• Checking the effectiveness of the electric set in the operating system
• Checking the effectiveness of recirculation pump, chemical feeding system, spray nozzle and piping system in the operating system
• Checking the flow rate of the system both before and after the Preventive Maintenance (PM)
